RAW Junior Hip Hop Dance Competition & RAW Sounds Heat 2

The Vikings crew is proud to present Australia’s first Junior only Hip Hop Dance Competition.
The RAW competitions aim to encourage fresh dance crews and singers to test their skills in a friendly atmosphere.

This event will also include Heat 2 for RAW Sounds 2009! For Heat 1 & 2, only singers will compete.
For the Finals, backup dancers (3-15) are required. RAW Sounds 2009 has Junior (under-16) and Senior Divisions.

As most of you know, a contingent of Melbourne’s best dancers and choreographers left last weekend to compete at Body Rock in San Diego. The competition, is one of the largest of its kind in the world and puts DVP United on the same playing field with crews such as Kaba Modern, The Company, Team Millenia, and Choreo Cookies.

Highlighting the performance is our international special guest, Link from the the legendary hip hop crew Elite Force. A founding member, he and the crew have had a huge impact upon the history of the hip hop scene and are continue to tour and perform all over the world.
