Bboying is considered one of the four hip hop elements and is one of the most spectacular dance forms in the world. It incorporates toprocks, footwork, powermoves, and freezes and many other influences from other styles.
Originally championed by the Rock Steady Crew, bboying gained massive exposure when it was shown in the movie Flashdance in 1983. Nowadays the style has reached all corners of the globe and is still continuing to grow strong. |
